Embora esse filme não esteja na corrida do Oscar, eu quis ver, principalmente por conta de uma novidade nos cinemas da rede Cinemark. A sala com poltrona xD. São assentos que se movimentam de acordo com a ação que passa na tela. A iniciativa é legal, mas a cada capotagem na tela, parece que estamos sentados num liquidificador. Vale a experiência, mas não faz tanta diferença assim para curtir o filme. Mas achei a equipe do cinema mal preparada. Perdemos os primeiros minutos da projeção pois um dos assentos não estava ligado, ou seja, não vibrava. Tivemos que acionar a manutenção do cinema e a solução acabou sendo mudar de lugar. Isso acontece porque nem todos os assentos da sala tem esse mecanismo vibratório. Os poucos assentos com a nova tecnologia ficam ”desligados” para evitar que pessoas que compraram ingressos regulares se aproveitem dos assentos modernos. Mas nós que havíamos pago por esse serviço, acabamos tendo que recorrer à manutenção. Enfim, O Cinemark Barra precisa ainda ajustar o sistema.

Vamos ao filme: Liam Neeson interpreta mais uma vez o ex-agente da CIA Bryan Mills. Dessa vez, ele é acusado de assassinar sua ex-mulher. Para provar sua inocência, ele precisa fugir do detetive Franck (Forest Whitaker) e ao mesmo tempo conseguir descobrir quem está por trás desse crime. Enquanto isso, pede que sua filha Kim (Maggie Grace)  continue com sua rotina diária e ela então segue morando com seu padastro Stuart (Dougray Scott). O filme segue com aquelas perseguições hollywoodianas, explosões, tiroteios e toda a mentirada comum nesse tipo de filme de ação. Nada de especial, um filme razoável.

Although “Taken 3” is not in the Oscar race, I wanted to see, mainly due to a novelty in cinemas of Cinemark network. The theaters now have a special seat “xD”. Those seats move according to the action on screen. The initiative is fine, but on every roll-over on the screen, it looks like we're sitting in a blender. Worth the experience, but it doesn't make that much of a difference to enjoy the movie. But the theater's crew is unprepared. We missed the first few minutes of projection because one of the seats was not turned on, i.e. did not vibrate. We had to look after the maintenance of cinema and the solution ended up being to change places. This is mainly due to the fact that not every room seats are those with vibrating mechanism. The few seats with the new technology are "off" to prevent people who bought regular tickets to take advantage of the modern seats. But as we had paid for this service, we ended up having to wait for the maintenance. Anyway, the Cinemark Brasil still needs to adjust the system.

Let's talk about the movie: Liam Neeson plays once again the former CIA operative Bryan Mills. This time, he is accused of murdering his ex-wife. To prove his innocence, he must escape from the detective Franck (Forest Whitaker) and at the same time must be able to find out who was behind this crime. Meanwhile, he asks his daughter Kim (Maggie Grace) to continue with her daily routine and she then stay living with her stepfather Stuart (Dougray Scott). The film runs with those Hollywood chases, explosions, shootings and all common folks in this type of action movie. Nothing special, a reasonable film.
