Já começo essa postagem pelo final do filme. É surpreendente! Confesso que o filme todo foi meio morno, mas o final faz valer a pena e ainda nos remete a relembrar cada uma das cenas. Gostei mesmo! A história nos faz refletir sobre o AGORA. Será que realmente estamos vivendo aquilo que queremos ou somos reflexos do passado e jogando as esperanças no futuro?
Ally (Emilie de Ravin) é uma jovem que tem um passado traumático, pois viu sua mãe ser assassinada durante um assalto quando tinha apenas 11 anos. Seu pai, Neil (Chris Cooper) é um policial agressivo que tenta fazer de tudo pela filha. Tyler (Robert Pattinson) também vive as consequencias de um drama familiar. Depois do suicídio de seu irmão mais velho, os pais, Charles (Pierce Brosnan) e Diane (Lena Olin) se divorciaram e sua irmã caçula, Caroline (Ruby Jerins), começa a enfrentar problemas na escola. Tyler divide o apartamento com um amigo, Aidan (Tate Ellington) e acaba conhecendo Ally. Os jovens vivem um romance, mas sempre assombrados por lembranças do passado, que afeta totalmente suas perspectivas de futuro.
I'm starting this post by the end of the movie. It is amazing! I confess that the whole movie was a little warm, but the ending makes it worth and still leads us to recall every one of the scenes. I really enjoyed! The story makes us think about the PRESENT. Are we really living what we want or are we reflections from the past and waiting for the future?

Her father, Neil (Chris Cooper) is an aggressive cop who tries to do everything for his daughter. Tyler (Robert Pattinson) also lives the consequences of a family drama. After the suicide of his elder brother, his parents, Charles (Pierce Brosnan) and Diane (Lena Olin) got divorced and his younger sister, Caroline (Ruby Jerins), begins to experience problems at school. Tyler shares the apartment with a friend, Aidan (Tate Ellington) and get to know Ally. The young couple lives a romance, but always haunted by memories of the past, which affects entirely their prospects for the future.
